Fresh Strawberries on Ricotta Cheese & Balsamic
This is one of our favorite summer desserts because of it's lightness and simplicity.
This will work with any fresh fruit or berries so its up to you! You can use pretty much any fruit or dessert flavored balsamic on this as well so it's really a blank slate! Some of our favorites are:
- Fresh Strawberries and Chocolate Dark Balsamic
- Fresh strawberries and Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic
- Fresh blueberries and Lemon White Balsamic
- Fresh blackberries and Honey Ginger White Balsamic
- Fresh peaches and Peach White Balsamic
Fresh Strawberries on Ricotta Cheese & Balsamic

Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Ricotta Cheese
- Balsamic flavor of choice
Instructions
In a bowl, place ricotta cheese and top with fresh strawberries. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar of choice and enjoy!
Notes
you can also use yogurt or mascarpone cheese here!
