Dill Pickle White Balsamic is one of our most popular white balsamic vinegars and this dip got rave reviews when I was testing out this recipe.

This dip comes together in 10 minutes and is the perfect dip to make ahead of time for a party!  The richness of the shredded cheese and mayo is offset by the tangy kick of the balsamic vinegar and chopped dill pickles.  Serve with bread, crackers or use it to amp up a burger or sandwich!

We love the Vermont Farmstead Brickhaus Tilsit cheese for this dip but havarti would be a good option if you don't have any!

Ingredients
Instructions

Shred cheese on a box grater or food processer, using a larger size grater for big shreds.

In a medium bowl, combine the mayo and Dill Pickle White Balsamic - mix until all is combined.  Add the shredded cheese and chopped dill pickles.  Mix and, for best results, let sit in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

You could also try this with some spicy dill or bread and butter pickles!
